Job management that speaks your trade

Offline-first from the ground up, Android-first rather than as an afterthought, and it calls your people what you call them β€” because a plasterer is not a "resource".

Paper on the dash. Photos lost in a WhatsApp thread. A job app that falls over the moment a site has no signal. That's what most crews are stuck with today.

Works with no signal

Jobs, statuses and photos are captured on the phone straight away and sync when a connection comes back β€” never blocked waiting on a bar of signal.

πŸ“Έ

Photos tied to the job

Every photo lands on the job record rather than scattered across a group chat, with markup so the picture says what actually happened.

πŸ—ΊοΈ

The day's route, one tap

Today's jobs ordered by proximity into a single multi-stop route, straight into turn-by-turn β€” instead of opening each address by hand.

Sign-off that holds up

A signature locked to the job record once it's captured. Not a screenshot that could be anything, from anywhere.

It uses your words, not ours

Most job software makes every trade share one vocabulary, and it always belongs to somebody else's. Guv Trade is configured per company: your lads are called what you call them, and the job is shaped the way your day actually runs.

A plumber's day often starts at the merchant, so the job has a collection on the front of it. A flooring job starts on site, so it doesn't. Same app, different shape.

Already on something else?

Nobody comes to this from paper any more. If you're on ServiceM8, Jobber, Onfleet, Detrack or Circuit, your customer list imports straight from an export of the one you're on β€” you don't retype a thousand addresses to try something.

And the honest bit: the apps above have things Guv Trade doesn't yet. We'll tell you which ones before you switch, not after.

Where this actually is. Guv Trade is in private beta, built with a UK flooring company and being opened to a small number of other trades.

It is not a finished product with a hundred customers, and saying otherwise would be the first lie of the relationship. If you want the version that's honest about what it does and doesn't do yet, that's this one β€” and you get a direct line to the person building it.

Want in early?

Beta trades are onboarded directly β€” there's no self-serve signup yet. Tell me your trade and how many are on the tools, and I'll tell you straight whether it fits.
